We're excited to announce that Replenysh has raised our Series A funding round led by M13, with participation from Incite, along with continued support from our existing investors Kindred Ventures and Floodgate Fund, plus strategic angels. This investment accelerates our mission to transform today's medieval waste industry into tomorrow's resilient supply chain infrastructure.
For brands and manufacturers, recycled content is no longer optional—it's essential. Regulatory mandates, environmental commitments, uncertain global markets, and consumer expectations all demand it. Yet the fundamental challenge remains: reliable access to high-quality recycled materials at scale.
At current trajectories, it would take tens of thousands of years to reach the recycled content goals that brands and manufacturers have set for the next decade. Meanwhile, valuable materials continue disappearing into landfills. The disconnect is staggering—material shortages on one end, material waste on the other.
We've listened to what keeps supply chain, procurement, and sustainability teams up at night. They need sufficient volume to meet ambitious goals and consistent, high-quality materials that meet strict manufacturing specifications. They require reliable supply that doesn't fluctuate with market conditions, along with a verified chain of custody from source to production. And perhaps most importantly, they need cost predictability—protection from the wild price swings that characterize recycled material markets today.
The Material Recovery Grid is our answer to these challenges—a data-driven system that brings intelligence and control to every part of the material journey. Our technology helps discover untapped materials, streamlines the activation and recovery process, and creates verified supply networks that brands and manufacturers can trust and control.
Long-term offtake agreements form the foundation of this approach. These agreements transform unpredictable waste streams into reliable supply chains—suppliers get guaranteed value, processors get consistent volume, and manufacturers get the verified recycled content they need for production.
We've already proven this model works across the United States. In Southern California, we've built a thriving glass recovery network with bars, restaurants, and hotels. In the Midwest, we're unlocking new sources of aluminum and plastics with retailers, commercial properties, and communities. On the East Coast, we're working with manufacturers to recapture production scrap and post-industrial materials.
Each of these programs demonstrates our ability to identify, activate, and control material flows that were previously lost to landfill—turning yesterday's waste into tomorrow's manufacturing inputs.
Our platform benefits every participant in the circular economy. Recycling operators gain access to increased material volumes, new market opportunities, and workflow tools that optimize their operations. Processors receive consistent, high-quality feedstock. And brands and manufacturers secure the recycled content they need with unprecedented visibility and control.
To accelerate this growth, we're excited to welcome Andrew Langtry as our Chief Operating Officer. Andrew brings extensive experience in marketplace strategy and operational excellence, having previously served as Vice President and General Manager at WM Technology.
Andrew will lead our strategy, operations, and market expansion efforts as we scale nationwide. His expertise in building efficient marketplaces will be instrumental as we continue to connect suppliers, processors, and brands in our circular material networks.
"Replenysh is solving the biggest bottleneck in material sourcing: consistent, clean supply," says Langtry. "We're flipping the model—sourcing starts at the edge, with visibility built in from day one."
This funding allows us to scale our vision and build the critical infrastructure for tomorrow's circular economy, block by block, zip code by zip code.
The circular economy represents more than a sustainability goal—it's a fundamental supply chain imperative. The Material Recovery Grid delivers the architecture that makes true circularity possible at scale, transforming our nation's waste streams into a reliable domestic supply chain for the materials of tomorrow.
