Questions people ask

How does selling used textiles on Replenysh work?

Tell us what you have, about how much, and where it sits. Vetted buyers send offers, you pick one, and we book the truck, collect the weight ticket, and settle up. No account is needed to start.

Who buys used clothing in bulk?

Textile sorters and graders, used clothing exporters, and fiber recyclers. Sorters pull wearable items for resale, and worn fabric goes to fiber recyclers.

Can I sell unsorted donations?

Yes. Mixed donations and unsorted clothing sell by the gaylord or pound; sorters would rather grade it themselves.

Can brands run a clothing take-back program here?

Yes. Brands can run a branded take-back program across stores, with each load routed, tracked, and reported. See replenysh.com/services.

What if a load costs more to move than it's worth?

It still moves. Some materials cost money to haul or process. Buyers and processors quote what they'd charge, you agree to the price before anything moves, and you settle up with one invoice after it's weighed.

Where do you pick up?

Across the US and Canada, from one site or hundreds. We book an insured carrier for each load, or use yours, and every load is tracked to the scale.
