For lenders, lessors, and investors
Remarket GPUs that come back to you.
When a lease ends, a sale-leaseback unwinds, or a loan defaults, the hardware comes back to you. Sell it to vetted neoclouds, AI factories, and labs around the world.

Why Lenders and lessors get deals done here
Real offers, not asking prices
Vetted buyers bid on the hardware, so you see what it sells for today, not what someone's asking for it.
Every deal checked
Both sides pass KYC, and every deal has a confirmed end user, screened against export rules, before any money moves.
Discreet by default
We don't name sellers, buyers, or deal sizes publicly.
What they sell
- Off-lease HGX servers
- Repossessed GPU clusters
- Sale-leaseback returns
- Full racks
- Networking
Idle hardware loses value.
Each new GPU launch pushes the previous generation's price down. Hardware sold while it's still current reaches more buyers than hardware sold after the next generation ships.
How it works
- 01
Tell us what you have
Model, how many, configuration, condition, and where it sits. A spreadsheet works.
- 02
Vetted buyers make offers
You pick the offer. KYC and the end-user and export checks are done before any money moves.
- 03
Inspect, pay, ship
The buyer inspects the units, pays, and the hardware ships. We stay on it until it's done.

Questions people ask
What happens to GPUs when a GPU-backed loan defaults?
The lender usually takes the hardware back and resells it to recover what's owed. On Replenysh, vetted buyers bid on it, inspect it, and pay before it ships.
Can you help at the end of a GPU lease?
Yes. Tell us what's coming off lease, where it is, and when. Buyers can bid before the hardware comes out of service.
How do I know what returned hardware is worth?
Realized sales of the same model and configuration tell you more than asking prices do. Vetted buyers on Replenysh make real offers, which shows what the hardware sells for now.
Can GPUs be sold to buyers outside the US?
Often, yes, depending on the destination and the end user. US export rules restrict where advanced GPUs can go, so every deal has a confirmed end user, screened against those rules, before any money moves.
